WADIHUDA WOMENS ACADEMe celebrated the nation’s 72nd
Independence Day and remembered with gratitude the sacrifice of the freedom
fighters.
The celebration began in the Academe premises with the unfurling
of the National flag by the Principal Dr.Mishab Irikkur followed by the
Independence Day message by the Wadihuda Group of Institutions Academic
Director PK Muhammad Sajid Nadwi.
On the occasion, Speech
competition on Role of women in freedom struggle, Freedom Struggle Quiz and
Patriotic Song competitions were held. The winners were awarded for their
excellent performance . A visual presentation on the history of freedom
struggle was also held.
