The Psychology Department of Wadihuda Womens Academe had organized one day workshop on the topic “Unfolding the mental disorders” on 7th March 2020 at Wadihuda Conference Hall. The workshop was inaugurated by Mr. VK Hamza Abbas- Chairman Ta’aleemul Islam Trust. Dr. Linjo CJ, the clinical psychologist from Louise Mount Hospital Waynad was the resource person . Mr. Salam Nadwi, Vice Principal of the Academe presided over the function. Mr. Sahad, Head of the Psychology Department delivered the welcome speech. Ms. Shahala Shirin, Psychology Association Secretary proposed the vote of thanks. The workshop was based on advisory psychic theme called psychopathology, which includes many phases of psychic treatment used by the clinical psychologists. The different maladies to which human mind is subjected in its multifarious movements was included in the 5 hours discussion. The participants had an enlightening experience till the last hour.
